Shipping Policy

DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999
- Orders below Rs. 999 carry a flat shipping charge shown at checkout

DELIVERY TIMES (INDIA)
- Metro cities: 2-4 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 4-7 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, public holidays, regional restrictions or courier delays.

TRACKING
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected countries. International delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees levied by the destination country.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not able to redirect parcels once dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-delivery charge.

FAILED DELIVERY
Couriers typically attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund less shipping costs.
