Where is my order?

Most GoldNX orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Check your inbox — and your spam or promotions folder — for an email from us with your tracking number.

If you have a customer account, you can also see your orders and tracking details by logging in to your account.

Delivery times

• Dispatch: within 24 hours of order confirmation
• Metro cities: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: typically 4–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, public holidays and courier delays in your area.

Tracking not updating?

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
